Channelling the divine universal life force to achieve inner harmony, relaxation and emotional balance. The attunements prepare you to become the instrument for the flow of healing energy, which is Reiki.
Reiki is a Japanese word, which means Spiritual Wisdom, Universal Life force. The energy that permeates all life, all knowing, all healing. A person receiving Reiki will experience deep relaxation, serenity and peace, bringing the individual back to a state of harmony. No prerequisites or special skills are required before learning this wonderful healing modality.
This weekend workshop will cover the history & lineage of Reiki, Reiki principles & how it works, what is spiritual healing, the aura & chakra system in brief & personal Reiki healing techniques.

Mathlini-Rosze incorporates her understanding of chakras, the human energy field and her knowledge & experience with aromatherapy, counselling, massage, using colour, sound & crystals and especially essential oils. From her training in various hands on spiritual healing modalities, Mathlini-Rosze is a channel for the divine universal life force via her heart & hands. She wishes to impart her knowledge and experience, which will enhance and strengthen the knowledge and healing received from the Reiki teachings and attunements. Pre-requisite Reiki 2
Creating environments for healing & being grounded in the work are two main objectives in her teachings. Spiritual healing is a personal journey & it is important to honour and respect the process as your heart opens to your wisdom.

In these 6 week nightly classes, release the thoughts that consume your mind & find more clarity in your life. Meditation is a natural alternative to the relief of stress, anxiety and a source of inner peace. Mathlini-Rosze’s classes are designed for people who have never tried relaxation and meditation techniques before. Over 7 simple & highly effective techniques are introduced.
